The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Lead to contribute to the development of our SaaS healthcare application. You will lead dev in backend (Python), frontend (React), DevOps (AWS), and AI-driven tasks leveraging LLMs.
This role requires significant ownership, helping to shape the architecture and delivery of our cutting-edge product. This position reports directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-stack development across backend, frontend, data engineering, and DevOps.
Architect scalable SaaS solutions and oversee system design.
Drive AI integrations and data engineering efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-focused products.
Requirements:
8+ years as a Software Engineer; 5+ years in Python.
Experience with React and full-stack development.
Expertise in SaaS product architecture and cloud solutions.
Strong background in databases and data flows.
Advantages:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field, or relevant military experience.
Experience in healthcare, medical data, or compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
Compensation includes salary and equity. Based in Tel Aviv (remote/hybrid).
